How to export a .har file

  1. Open DevTools — F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I
  2. Go to the Network tab
  3. Reload the page (or trigger the request)
  4. Right-click any row in the request list
  5. Choose Save all as HAR with content
🟠 Firefox
  1. Open DevTools — F12
  2. Go to the Network tab
  3. Reload the page
  4. Click the ⚙ gear icon in the toolbar
  5. Choose Save All As HAR
🔵 Safari
  1. Enable Develop menu: Settings → Advanced → Show features for web developers
  2. Open Web Inspector — Cmd+Option+I
  3. Go to the Network tab & reload
  4. Click the Export ↓ button (top-right)
